Payments to credit cards outside of Russia can only be made after you collect 100$+. And the only way to find out about that limit is to actually try to make a payment to credit card. This information is not advertised anywhere and cannot be found from FAQ as well. Very disappointed.

Вчера скачал приложение на телефон, и впервые совершил покупки на Алиэкспресс. С покупки сертификатов на 60$ мне сразу стал доступен вывод кэш средств в размере 6$, которые я вывел на свой мобильный. Сертификатами я совершил одну покупку на 57 долларов, и две покупки по доллару, с которых мне тоже начислили кэш. Сегодня пытаюсь купить ещё сертификаты, но система меня блокирует ссылаясь на мою повышенную активность... :( За приложение конечно же 5 звёзд, очень полезная штука... А вот за блокировку обидно, ведь время уходит, и пропадают подарочные купоны для новичков...
Отлично, сэкономил - всё равно что заработал.

Пользуюсь не первый месяц . Пока нет никаких сбоев или не начислений ! Вывожу на карту VISA ,без всяких проблем , обычно деньги переводятся в течении часа !
