我的问题是，为何我已经下载并把它列入扩展程序。但是，每当我观看Youtube视频节目时，出现在屏幕右下方的不是你这个扩展程序，而是Youtube本身自带的双屏幕字幕功能。我的计算机是Windows10， Google Chrome 浏览器。我们在美国。是否你们开发的程序就是Youtube 内置小程序。能否介绍一下： 1. 你的程序和Youtube 字幕程序的不同特色。 2. 另外告诉我，如何打开你的扩展程序，关闭Youtube 的字幕程序？
感谢，请问为什么我下载的双语字幕，会变成四行并排，就是以前是只有两行，上行是英文，下行是中文，而且是比较长的两行，现在变成比较短的居中的四行，就算下载单中文字幕 ，就变成两行中文字幕并排，这样挺妨碍观看视频，因为占了屏幕中间很多空间，而且第一时间很难知道哪行是前一句，哪行是后一句，有点混乱，希望可以变回以前能修复 ，谢谢

建议设置一个插件自定义的开关，让用户可以自己选择，现在这个版本如果把字体颜色设置为纯色，背景纯透明，在很多时候字幕是看不清楚的，我认为YouTube视频里的字幕设置里面的自定义挺好的，可以改字符边缘样式；这样的话就完美解决这个问题.
非常喜欢这款插件，在线看字幕和视频同步，但是下载字幕文件里面的开始与结束的时间与视频不一致错位严重。有时候第一句话刚开始，下面一句话同时出现，搞不清楚究竟该看那一句。现在翻译的基本上都是上下两句话都同时出现在屏幕上，时间上去区别很小，第一句话出现一两秒，下一句又出来了。 刚才仔细看了一下，屏幕上同时出现两行，(中英字幕就是四行),开始时间差几秒，结束时间一样，说明了本身就应该是一句话， 像下面这个例子： 96 00:04:30,400 --> 00:04:36,080 a winner 97 00:04:32,639 --> 00:04:36,080 my table new rules doll 下面是时间错位 69 00:03:15,920 --> 00:03:19,280 prez news flash if you had any doubt 70 00:03:18,080 --> 00:03:21,440 that dean martin can make it without
