After testing, I took the developer's word that this is indeed a youtube issue, if this extension is using a youtube translation source, When youtube engineers are doing backend upgrades or bug clearing, then we will not be able to use double subtitles for a while, I changed to a maximum of Rating. THANK YOU SO MUCH for the free extension!
