设置“Show Tooltip When”和“Translate When”可以解决实时字幕的问题（多试几种选择自己喜欢的配置）。我的“Show Tooltip When”保持默认“Always”，然后“Translate When”选择“Select”。这样悬停时不会出现实时字幕，不过单词和句子都需要选中才能翻译。
