Complete junk. Either shows a blank screen or 読み込み中. It doesn't matter if you've installed all the extensions and apps they require. Having this as a requirement to properly get documents to file your taxes is insane.
I fully agree with Neill Walker, Steph, Chao Gu, Michael Mauer, Anan Mikami, Ryohei Enomoto, David Oppenheimer and Lee Fischer.
This is an example how to waste tax payer's money. I am sure the development was outsourced to a bidder, one of the JTC(Japanese Traditional Companies). The least thing the National Tax Agency can do is to instruct the contractor to fix and improve the software. It is a pity to see that people take time to give valuable feeback since Feb 2022 and nothing happened for more than 4 years...
税の申告をするだけなのに妙なソフトをいくつもインストールさせられ、途中でひっかかりまくる。UXがなっていない。デジタル庁はなにをやっているのか？

最低の拡張。e-Taxを利用するのに必要だから入れろとのことで入れたにも関わらず、あいも変わらず拡張機能が入っていないからe-Taxの機能が使えません、等と言われる。再起動しても駄目。どうしようもない。民間なら倒産しているレベルのクオリティ。
税金を払わせたくないのかと思うほどのわずらわしさ お役所仕事の大馬鹿さ加減が露呈してる。

何十回もマイナンバーカードでログインさせるくせに、目的までたどり着けない、 わざと手続きを面倒くさくして税金控除を諦めさせようとしている。 鬼畜にも劣るアプリです。
