最悪。どんなエンジ開発しているのかを強く問いたいです。いくら金を捨てていますか？我々の税金です。 インストールしているのに、再インストールを促される。 削除して再インストールしても、受付システム自体ではじかれる。 どんな環境で使用することを想定しているのかをはっきりさせてほしい。WINDOWSやAPのバージョンだけでは判断できませんし、自分が悪いのかこのアプリのせいなのかが判断できません。 最悪。

インストールすれば至るとこrで顔を出してきて無い無いと騒ぐし、必要な時にはインストールしてるのに有りませんと表示されるし素人には扱いにくいです

住基カードの頃からずっとe-Taxで確定申告をしてきましたが、年々複雑になっていきますね。 パソコン得意、もうひとつの職場では会計処理もやっている自分なのに、大変分かりにくいです。 何にも簡単にできるように改善しないまま、マイナンバーカードを推進しているのにも開いた口がふさがらないほどあきれましたが、普通に商売やっていてパソコンを駆使していない人達は、どうやったらこのシステムで確定申告を簡単にできるとお思いなのでしょうか。 自分は個人の会計ソフトで計算をしてからe-Taxにその金額を入力します。 以前はこの作業は数時間で済んでいたのに、複雑化したシステムのおかげで丸々休日を使い果たしました。 もしかして、わざと申告できないようにしているのでしょうか。 推し薦めた方・・・国民の怒りを買って当然です。
本当は星ゼロです。時間の無駄。 複雑面倒でまともに機能しません、日本の衰退をしみじみ感じます。 開発関係者を入れ変えてください。
