国税庁の事前準備をセットアップして、chromeの拡張機能にも最新版を登録しているのに、しかも、２月１３日に確定申告をe-taxでして受け付けられているのに、PCにメーセージボックスの確認しろのメールも来ている。 しかし、確認しようとしたら、拡張機能の通信が実施できませんとポップアップされた。なんじゃこりあ。
ふざけんな！appが最新版ではありませんと、削除して入れ直すも同じエラー表示、３回め！、どうすりゃええんじゃ？ 税金チューチューしやがって、後進国が！！！！！☆－１００，０００，０００！
普通に作動するよ。問題なし。 Windowsの概定のブラウザをクロームかエッジに指定していないと、いくらこの拡張機能をインストールしていても会計ソフトと連動がうまくいかない。 結果e-TAXの画面にいけなくて、なんだこりゃ？ってなる。 俺も最初そうでしたので、注意喚起の為にここに書いておきます。
これはダメだ！ 大昔のお役所仕事の窓口対応を思い出す。 まともな説明もなくNGだけ出す無能っぷり。 どんな予算で誰が作ったシステムとアプリか知らんが、こんな初歩の初歩でつまづかせる……嫌がらせ？わざとじゃないかと疑うばかり。 去年できたはずだが今年はできないのは、なぜ？？？ 日本には有能なエンジニアがわんさかいてゲーム業界や流通業界などで働いてる。彼らは入口でユーザーを混乱させたら、まったく商売にならないことを知っているからこんな馬鹿馬鹿しいものを作らない。 税務署というお役所だからなのか？ それとも予算を何重にも中抜きされて、末端のエンジニアに応分の報酬が払えないからなのか？
ゴミオブゴミ。 ChromeとEdgeで試したが無理だった。 一生かかってもページが表示されない。 コメントを参考にアプリでやろうと思ったら令和3年でAndroid版は終了とあった。なんなのこの国。 すべてにおいてエラー、やり直し、操作中にもかかわらずタイムアウトですの謎の再ログイン要求で これ含めて確定申告前の事前準備連携をするのにマイナカード100回は読まされた。 でもまだ出来ない…。 追記 私は民間送達・e-Tax連携サービスから楽天証券の連携がしたく悪戦苦闘していたが、 事前準備のページから行くのをやめて楽天証券ページから進むと一回で連携ができたので 他で苦労されている方も方向を変えてみるといけるかも。 この拡張機能は役に立たなかったのでゴミ度は変わらない。
こんな完成度でやらせないでください。
Windows11PRo 21H2 ブラウザ chrome または Ege Windowsupdateで最新状態 事前設定用eTaxWEB_IEsetup.exeインストール JPKI利用ソフトインストール 拡張機能e-Tax APインストール 上記全てのインストールは2024/02/23 結果 最新のバージョンでないため、エラーが発生する可能性があります。 最新の事前準備セットアップを必ず実行してください。 JPKIソフト単体ではICカード認証 WEB版あきらめてe-TAXアプリ版インストールでは正常動作 21H2ではアップデートがなく最新だが、Windows11PROを23H2に変更。 すると正常動作 WindowsのOSがどのリビジョンならOKか動作条件に書けよと言いたいマックだけ細かく書くな。 いくらの税金で作ったか知らないが最低な仕事するな
年に数度しか使わないのにたびたびUXが変わるとか、ユーザービリティが最悪。 浸透させる気があるのなら、ちゃんと考えた方がいいです。
昨年はできたのに今年はできないとはどういうことか！！年寄りには何を言っているのかさっぱりわからん。どの状態になればＯＫなのですか？図解入りで説明して欲しい。また人によっては使っているブラウザとかによって手順が違ってくるのであればそれなりにわかりやすく。
去年まで使用できたのにパソコンで今年の申告に使おうとしましたが使えず苦労しましたが e-taxソフト(web版)入れ直しおたら使用できるようになりました。 ソフト更新されてるならその影響かもしれません。
