全く使えないソフトだ
お役所は何故まともなソフト一つ作れないのか。 ちゃんと手順通りにやっているのに事前準備をしろとしか表示されない。 真面目に仕事する気あるのかと。 民間だったらこんな仕様で公開なんてまずありえない。 どこの三流企業かと。 担当者全員クビにして、民間に制作を丸投げしてもらいたい。

事前準備が完了しているはずなのに、EdgeでもChromeでも帳票がどうしても出力できなくてレビューを参考に下記操作でなんとかできました。レビュー書いてくださった方々、ありがとうございます。 ・マニュアル通りに設定やインストールなど全て行う ・EdgeでIE開けるように設定する ・e-taxログインする前にIEで表示する ・「推奨環境ではない」のメッセージは無視 ・普通にログインする で、私はメッセージの帳票出力できました。
これはひどい。EdgeでもChromeでも使えないとは。
やり方が全く分からない。昨年までは紙で申告していたけれど、今回は試しにオンラインでやろうとしてわざわざカードリーダーまで購入してきたけれど、講習でも受けないとわからない。素人でもすぐにできるような塩梅にしてほしい。こっちは老人だから、こんなわけのわからないというか不親切な代物と格闘する勇気も労力も失せた。がっかり。
