Before the update: five stars. After the update: well, I would have given just one, but the tooltip on Chrome Web Store says "hate"... Used to be straightforward and fast, but now it's hard to use for no apparent reason. You have to dick around with "bitmarks" and pages instead of just posting the tweet you wanted. This is so bad that paying $10/mo to Buffer suddenly seems like an attractive option. Heck, I'd even pay a little to get the old Bitly back.

Really bad update. This extension used to be really simple earlier. One click and you the URL in your clipboard but now, with this update, you have to end up clicking 2-3 times to get the URL. I am not sure if this was tested earlier with a sample user base or not. Really bad update.
Two steps to get shorten url is stupid!! I need one step only!!
Ug! What have they done? Yuck! I used to be able to click on it and it would automatically copy the shorted URL to my clipboard. Now I have to click 4 times to get there. This is not an improvement.
Use to be awesome, now it sucks. Too many clicks, no instant share, and a bunch of dumb bookmark options. bitly, please revert!
Please make the popup window smaller! this doesn't display complete in my netbook monitor
This used to be a great extension with one-click shortening and posting to Twitter until about a week ago. Now it's an overstuffed headache which makes sharing via Twitter extraordinarily difficult. No, bitly, I do not want to use your new social network.
It worked fine until they changed the interface. Now it's a confusing multiple-screen thing. Saving? Sharing? Who can see them? What is saved? Am I just being tracked? It's uninstall time...
