I have been an InboxDollars member for close to two decades and I buy a LOT of items online at stores where InboxDollars gives cash back. I ALWAYS activate the Billy Button but it RARELY works and I have only ever gotten three eMail notifications regarding successful transactions. I can't count the times I have had to write to Support to get credit for transactions that have clearly shown as Tracked Visits matching the dates and times of the purchases but were not tracked and credited by the Billy Button. It's extremely frustrating and I KNOW I have missed out on quite a bit of money I should have been given credit for.

I find it to be very sporadic when activated. If i reach out to find out why I have not been given credit I first do not get a response, second wait three weeks for a response and third get no advice as to why this is happening.
I love this extension it is a great way to make extra money
