IT works that for sure. I read a review where someone complained. Geez just remove the extension. Rock on Mr. Billy Button
It is extremely annoying. I will be actively shopping and the "Belly Button" pops on the screen. It blocks what I am viewing and reappears every time I move to a different page on the same site. Whoever wrote the code for this should have bamboo shoots growing under their finger nails.

I just saved 30 percent on a Chewy order, which is fabulous. I griped earlier about the constant popups at irrelevant times, shut off, reinstalled the app and fingers crossed, it's been working properly.
I have been using Billy Button for a very long time and it is a very helpful tool. Billy Button works constantly and lets you know who is offering cash back rewards. If you aren't using Billy, you are losing out. He saves me money and lets me know what to check out. Great little helper.
The pop up works just fine for indicating a new survey is ready or when coupons are available, etc. Unfortunately, I do not receive the points for using the extension.
Helpful little add on that reminds us and gives small financial rewards
Billy Button is a nice little bonus! I hop on-line all the ti,e, and when it pops up it just takes a click to get some money...thank you!
