2023.07.24にver2.0がリリースされて、2023.07.25未明にはユーザーのXサイト上の全データの読み取りと変更を許可することが必要になっています。Googleストアのプライバシーポリシーでは「デベロッパーは、お客様のデータを収集または使用しないことを表明しています」と明記されていますが、実際には収集と変更を許可しないと使用できない状態です。 おそらくエックセズ（ツイート）した内容やパスワードにアクセスするためではなく、サイト上のロゴを読み取って変更することへの同意と思われます。ただ文言的に収集と変更を許可することに変わりはないので、懸念があれば使用は控えたほうが良いかと思います。 製作者のサイトを見るとX運営の批判に使われることにうんざりしたようで、注意文が加えられていました。ジョークグッズのようなものなので、セキュリティのリスクを冒してまで使うかは自己の判断になります。

Hi ! I've tried the extension, it changes the chrome tab bar, but on my twitter itself it doesnt change it like in your picture for some reason :(
