Setup a call with a rep from this company because I purchased the BRONZE Chatsilo option and none of the features were even there. Once I scheduled a call to troubleshoot this, the call the rep never showed, this is a very unprofessional company and I recommend nobody buys this product. Your better off going with one of their more reputable competitors.

I'm loving this software. If you want a great solution for Facebook messenger CRM, I can tell you this is amazing. I've been searching for a software to help manage my inbox. I have 10 tags all with different colors. I'm able to tag all new friends and even send them messages. The bulk message feature is great because you can set up timing so you don't go to FB jail and you can also add different variations so you don't look like a spammer or a bot. I can even search for friends by keywords and make notes on everybody just like a CRM and set follow-ups. They've thought of everything. There are a few competitors out there but at 2-10X+ the cost of this system and they do the same thing! Plus, I got one on one help from the owner and he's really nice and very helpful. You have to at least give this a try before using the other guys. You won't regret it!

I really like this CRM, however, it is very buggy. Sometimes it does not automate the friend requests and sends only 1 every time I hit pause and resume. Also, it is not letting me tag, but someone else on my account was able to tag and went to send a mass message and it only sent the message to one person and it was someone he did not even tag. Overall, the extension is nice, it is just bugging out right now.

I think the functionality is pretty bad. You can tag contacts and send them bulk messages. It doesn't keep track of your touch points, there's no real way to set a follow up schedule. Set an appointment with the owner of the software who didn't even show up.

Time from searching for messages and money because you can track your current and potential customers. This is worth the money if you have many messages coming into personal and biz facebook accounts. AND you can send bulk messages to many people at once.Wow! It's awesome!

This is the only extension I could find that fulfills this need to organize and sort through Facebook Messages. I rely on Messenger to generate leads for my business, and the current feature set is already a life saver. The developer went out of his way to respond directly to my support question, and is helping me solve a unique issue I encountered with my plan for using this extension to grow my business. Can't wait to see how this grows, and it's unbelievable that Facebook hasn't already implemented something like this.
