Then go to Facebook and join real estate investor groups. Nationwide, local, a mix of both, it’s up to you. Just look for quality, active groups with lots of members.
Then search for posts that attract cash buyers. And you’ll notice the "Add To List" button. Click those, and the Buyer’s List Builder will comb through the post and scrape for phone numbers and emails, adding them to your list while avoiding duplicates.
