Used to work good enough and I have recommended it to my colleagues. But it stopped working since December 2019. Exports empty fields for the Title and review itself, making it completely useless. Looks like developer doesn't care much to fix the issue. The developer posted a comment advising to import CSV to Google sheets instead of opening it directly in Excel. This hack fixed the issue, it imports to Google with no issues. Thanks.

No more automatic. Needs a click which for me makes it useless. It was working great before
Worked perfectly. Only suggestion I would give is that it also includes the date of the review in the csv file. If you can implement this it would be 5 stars.
I really like this extension. It makes it super easy to download all of your product reviews to an excel file. My only suggestion is to add a column for the "Date of Review." I would like to be able to filter by dates and currently this extension does not scrape the date of the review. Can the developer add the date feature? If the date of the review can be added to the report then I will change by review from 4 stars to 5 stars!
Error is showing and most of time its not running

It downloads the reviews very well -- could be improved by including a rate limiter and perhaps randomization option so Amazon would not detect this as a bot scraping its reviews
