I thought i'd try this out as part of the Trend Micro package that i got, but have found the Vault side of this extension so annoying that you cant turn this off if you use another password manager, because of this i have disabled this until this has been rectified in which case it may never be turned back on but i love the Trend Micro Toolbar extension.
パスワードを管理するためにパスワードマネージャーを使っていたのが使えなくなったのでそのまま更新して数か月使った感想。パスワード管理ツールとしてはとても使いにくくなった。以下その理由。 ・（改悪）セキュアメモは拡張機能からはアクセスできず管理サイトからしかアクセスできなくなった。 ・（改悪）拡張機能上でログインしてあっても管理サイトに行くと再度パスワード入力が必要。 ・（改悪）いくつかの決済サイトでのクレカ決済がブロックされるようになった。アドオンを停止すれば決済できるようになる。 ・パスワード管理以外の機能でも停止できないものがいくつかある。上記の決済をブロックしてくる機能は設定では無効化できないためアドオンごと停止する必要あり。 セキュリティソフトは別のものを使っているので、はっきり言って「本当に余計なものばかり付け加えてくれたな」という感じ。パスワード管理ツールとして利用したいと思っている人はそれらも導入する覚悟をする必要がある。 というかパスワード管理をしてほしいと思って導入したものが勝手に通信まで管理してくるようになったのは本当に理解できない。どういう思想の下でそんな機能を付け加えようと思ったのか。銀行に講座を開設したらセキュリティのためとか言って普段の行動を制限されるようになった感じ？あるいは彼氏に家の合鍵を渡したらスマホでの友達とのやり取りまで全部監視されるようになった感じのが近いかも。 これらの改悪については苦情をあげても修正される様子がないのでそういう仕様なんでしょう。私は更新時期までに別のものを探します。
PCでの利用利便性の考慮が不足しています。 保管庫のロックが最長でも「ブラウザを閉じるまで」しかなく、再起動したときに毎回トレンドマイクロのパスワード入力を要求してくるのは面倒で使いづらい。スマホなら生体認証でショートカット可能ですが、PCではそうもいきません。 せめてPINにするなり利便性を考慮していただかないとPC込みでの利用には不向きです。 認証コード（TOTP）に未対応というのも今どきありえません。 そもそもトレンドマイクロ自身がアカウントページログイン時にコードを利用しているのに、自分が利用しているセキュリティ手段に対応していないアプリをリリースて笑い話でしょうか？ありえませんね。
This ID Protection tool is really very bad. It should replace the Password Manager that I have used for many years, which was not perfect, but much better than what Trend Micro has developed now. The peformance of ID Protection is very ppor. It is very slow, inconsistent and needs your main password to use the tool continuously to be filled. It does not work as it is suggesting. It is really annoying, and if nothing will change, I will stop using it. Especially if you consider that the tool is 3 times more expensive than Password Manager. Looking at the reviews, I am not the only one. And it is striking that Trend Micro is not responding to the reviews anymore. That is a bad sign. Trend Micro, please take all the negative feedback serious, and come with a material upgrade/update soonest to improve the tool to meet peoples expectations.

もうログインしているサイトで、ページを移動すると、ID,PASSを入力するところがないにも関わらず どのIDを使うか選択するメニューが出てきてストレスに感じます WEBブラウジング中そんなことがあると画面が見にくくて不愉快になります これが治れば★3つ 5つになることはないけど 4つにするためには、そこに各項目の使いやすさ、いまは見ていても意味ある機能なのでしょうけど もっとわかりやすく、すっきりとした構成にしてほしい
It was working well up until this week. It was tedious having to login everytime I wanted to access a password from the vault but I was willing to work with it for the security. But now I'm having trouble activating the extension in Chrome. It doesn't.
YES! Well what can I say about trend micro id? They BROKE something that worked. This new so called ID is completly useless. I have been with Trend for well over 10yrs and they have done well. Now? Cant wait for my subscription to finish. The chance to get my passwords to open has been copying them to paper because I no longer have the faith in this TOTAL USELESS UPGRADE. The web designers should resign and Trend Micro should go back to Manager because it just does not work.I feel sorry for the online support as I have premium support which is real good but even they cannot help. Spent hours and hours working with them by remote access and they cannot resolve the issue of logging,unable to even get to anything except by opening a page I dont want,no formating of content for easy access, etc.The list goes on..... All they can say is to wish for an upgrade. I would give it ZERO STARS if I could. Please Trend Micro can I get my money back or do I need to get consumer protection involved.
楽天証券にて注文入力画面を開くと株数入力欄に自動パスワード入力ログインが作動してしまいループしてしまう 自動入力を切ればいいがそれではアプリとして使いにくい パスワードマネージャのほうが使いやすくそのような現象はなかった
