Open as Popup V3 is a modern, updated, and enhanced remake of the original Open as Popup extension, which was no longer compatible with Manifest V3 and lacked several improvements.

It looked good, but there is no scrollbar on the popup windows and cannot scroll even with the middle wheel, so no way to reach the bottom of a page; also, "always on top" didn't work for me.
