Great suite of services for any business user! The RPost app for Gmail allows me to track and prove delivery on all my consequential business emails. The encryption service is extremely easy to send & receive. RPost also provides very intuitive electronic contracting tools in the new RMail app for Gmail. Great app!
Perfect for getting proof of email delivery. It also allows me to send secure encrypted email, and the service provides a proof receipt that can protect me in case of a dispute.
I have used RPost for years for legal email, financial email, and important email. It works like a charm, and I am sure the documents or message got through. Now that it's available in the Gmail emailer, it's more convenient than ever.
Easiest way to verify and track your email. It is especially helpful in getting an immediate answer because they see that it was sent registered. They cannot ignore it or pretend they never got it.
Let's face it, with email being basically un-secure, RMail provides a way to make sure that all of my email transmissions can be encrypted. Also, having the proof that my email has been received is very important.
This app allows me to send email 'registered' which means I can prove when and where my email was sent. This gives me peace of mind regarding important documents for work, or personal business. There are also options for converting an email to pdf, encrypting content, and doing esignatures. I'm really pleased with this app - functionality is good, design is intuitive, and easy to use.
Having the ability to send email without the worry of snooping eyes, and being able to confirm delivery are extremely important to me. Whether I'm just sending a note to my child's teacher, or meeting a deadline on a project, I feel safe knowing the message was delivered. Being able to prove it is an even more comforting feeling... one less worry in my life thanks to RMail.
I found this App easy to install and use and will be using this for important emails. I like the fact that I get a proof record of the emails I send securely.
