This is the companion extension for the Chrome Remote Desktop website (https://remotedesktop.google.com). This extension enables you to install, view, and modify the Chrome Remote Desktop native client from the web UI.

Chrome Remote Desktop allows users to remotely access another computer through Chrome browser or a Chromebook. Computers can be made available on an short-term basis for scenarios such as ad hoc remote support, or on a more long-term basis for remote access to your applications and files. All connections are fully secured.

Chrome Remote Desktop is fully cross-platform. Provide remote assistance to Windows, Mac and Linux users, or access your Windows and Mac desktops at any time, all from the Chrome browser on virtually any device, including Chromebooks.

It's got problems with Mac OS Monterey. It's asks you to install every 1 hour or so. This is causing serious problems in our office. Please fix it as soon as possible. This happens on both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs.

tengo un macmini M1, monterey. desde hace años que utilizo esta app para remoto, pero desde hace un par de dias, esta dando error, me encuentro que no puedo conectarme, voy al mac y tengo que volver a instalar, funciona durante unas horas. parece como si cuando el mac se queda inactivo durante x tiempo se genera el error.

Worked great... until it didn't. And Google's support is "community driven" at best. My screen won't refresh, so I have to quit CRD and then re-open the viewed just to see a screen change. This used to be an awesome app where I could use any program remotely. But now it's unusable. Not sure what changed, since I didn't upgrade or change anything on my Mac.
