Even more, if the video file type is in an mp4 format, you can record videos directly using the unique video capture function.
Downloaded audio and video data is converted to mp4 as it is with the same quality without re-encoding.
This conversion is done inside the extension, without the use of an external server.
Please note that Stream Recorder is not responsible for media content which you download, so we suggest to ensure the copyright and permissions of the media before downloading.

Пару месяцев назад увидела, что хром перестал его поддерживать, удалила, начала искать аналогичные хорошие варианты - ничего не нашла. Сейчас снова появилась необходимость в такого рода расширении, решила снова поискать "то самое". И вот оно нашлось. Я очень обрадовалась. Установила. Но при попытке его использовать ничего не происходило. Зашла на сайт к ним, а там написано, что обязательно должна быть последняя версия хрома. После того, как его обновила, все заработало как раньше. Спасибо большое разработчикам. Это действительно то расширение, которое не имеет аналогов в своём функционале. В остальных случаях видео или просто не находит на странице, или можно скачивать только с определенных сайтов. А тут можно с абсолютно любого. Спасибо!
It's really hit-and-miss saving the recorded files. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. 100% exactly likes some previous reviews. Developers should work on this.
Es ist der beste Downloader/Recorder, den ich kenne. Und ich habe viele ausprobiert. Er ist schnell und zuverlässig und nervt nicht mit Werbung. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Really powerful!
Works 50% of the time; when it's most needed it either records for 1-2 mins and shuts down everytime or when I'm about to save the recorded file, it repeatedly says to "Check internet connection" where there's no other alternative other than to restart the browser which automatically loses the file.( Even restarting doesn't help sometime) I've been told by the support team through mail, that it's because of an antivirus installed,(which I haven't) or there's less memory (The browser location is literally empty).
