Exactly what I was looking for. Does exactly what it describes. Being able to move, size, and change the opacity and alpha are great for getting the perfect fullscreen setup to sit back and relax. Thanks!
Very useful, though I wish we could get the ability to drag the chat back, and persistent settings.

The application does not support the hovering of Tyler Spen, which supports Windows like Microsoft's surface pen. It does not work if you want to use the application with the surface pen to manipulate the UI in full screen. If you use this application with surface and surface pen, it will be very easy to identify the problem.
