Really like the prompter app itself and generally happy with it. Must admit to still waiting for purchase points from The Good Guys and other retailers about 3800 points starting from last July which are supposed to be calculated within 3 months max.
Has Woolworths withdrawn their support for this app? It no longer recognises the site which is really frustrating.
Works okay, but keeps on popping up ads as chrome notifications, without an option to disable it. Not worth it.
It has worked perfectly so far...I read that not all of QANTAS' "stores" support it so I was prepared. I have the QANTAS store link bookmarked and go through there if I am not prompted. Will keep using it.
I doubt very much that this is extension is working I guess we'll see? My experience with everything Qantas has been so very disappointing in the last year that I no longer actually have words to describe it. I have lodged many calls & emails with customer service/loyalty & travel money departments, your Facebook team over and over since June 4th this year and STILL you have not helped me. My most recent reference number is: Qantas Loyalty - SR2808189 with travel money Manager Aldwin with promised to call me back - I have now been waiting over 2 weeks again! Considering this is a serious security breach of mine and I am sure, many other people's accounts I think it's time for the Financial Ombudsman to hear about this and also the media. Please, don't reply asking me to contact you after everything you have put me through - that's just rude. You know how to reach me - it's been six months now. I am simply bereft. Either fix this or tell me that you are not going to bother to fix it so I can move on please. Sandra Melbourne Australia
I use this extension all the time. It works 50% of the time. I ordered a laptop from Apple in June of 2019. I'm owed 10,000 points for this purchase. I raised it with customer service. I get an email every week saying "we are waiting for apple" still no points. I bought two monitors from Dell on two different days. I received points for one purchase (also in June) and not for the other purchase. Be careful using this extension with purchases from Apple. I suspect there is a bug when Apple asks you to log into your Apple ID to completed the purchase the extension stops tracking the purchase. So now SIX months later I'm still waiting for my 10,000 points.
I'm loving the points tracker. I'd never remember otherwise!
Hit and miss. I've made heaps of purchases and I raised a request about missing points, and the answer was to get a copy of all the receipts and submit them. Well I really don't have time to go back through all my purchases and figure out which ones I need to get a copy of the receipt for. Before the points prompter, I used to just automatically get the points in Ebay anyway, now i have to remember to log in. Also the points prompter sits over the menu, so i have to close the points prompter to access the menu, then try to get the points prompter back to log in?? Painful
excellent widget, makes sure you don't forget the points!
