I'm using this every day, I love it because this feature should be enabled on desktop as well by default not just on mobile. Whisper anyway is the most advanced STT since it understands any language even talking in different languages in one single sentence. I do that to learn language and it is extremely useful.
Works great. Now I can talk to ChatGPT instead of typing, helping avoid carpal tunnel syndrome. New users should keep in mind that you need an API key from OpenAI. This means you will need to set up an OpenAI account and pre-pay for some API tokens. Don't worry---these chats are crazy cheap---barely a fraction of a penny.

Awesome but just stopped working, API key error :( EDIT: I have followed your advice and deposited $20 to openai but I'm still getting this error :(
its a game changer, it works! i dont know what the 'prompt' thing is i just remove it. the short cut works too i love how it doesnt overwrite the whole prompt when i use this extension The downside of the app is that if you want to use it outside ChatGPT on other websites, I don't think it's possible.
It would be helpful if you provided some more information on how to configure it. I just added the OpenAI key, but I keep receiving the message: "429 ERROR! API key not provided or OpenAI Server Error! Check the Pop-up window of the Extension to provide API key." when I click on the microphone to record.

This is a fantastic application, It's been working flawlessly. but I seriously need your help. TODAY The error message has changed and I've updated the API key, and I wonder if it's to do with the new changes that OpenAI have announced since their keynote this month. Are you able to get back to me at all, please, developer? the error is 400 ERROR! API key not provided or OpenAI Server Error!
