Works as it should. Mandatory for browsing Twitter in 2023.
It is pretty good, Some times I see blue checks not get blocked once and a while. I wish this would actually block all blue checks as they appear on my feed as soon as they appear. it doesn't but it get's the majority of the checkmarks... yes I have set the settings correctly to get all the checkmarks blocked. it just misses a few for some reason I don't know why.
Definitely carries some friendly fire that you're gonna have to let go of in order to let the extension do its job. Since installing, I am almost at 5K blocks and still going. I unblock as needed or as blocked account quote retweets catch my eye. I did get logged out once, but I have since set my block interval to 60s and have had no problems since then. Feb 2024 UPDATE: This will not fix your Twitter experience under Elon, so don't come into the extension and gripe at the developer for feeling "misled". It does make things more tolerable and I recommend it on that measurement. I am now up to 33K blocked and I am pleased to see that the developer is still working on it and the infrequent error pop ups seem to be eliminated or basically non-existent.
Makes Twitter more tolerable. If you are willing to pay for engagement, your content likely won't be interesting to begin with. The current system just brings the blandest to the forefront. This extension helps stop that.
Can you guys add instructions or explain how to use it? I have it installed and can't figure how to use it or what is does. Not intuitive at all, the description on the store and the github page are not clear
Have blocked over 6.3K obnoxious bluechecks in just a few weeks' time. 10/10 would block again. Would love to see this expanded to allow it to process certain keywords (similar to how it offers option to block NFT icons), so that it could autoblock anyone with something like .eth etc in their username.
Downloaded. Hasn't blocked a single thing.
Immediately makes Twitter useable again
Much less effective than BluesBlocker, but it does block gold verified (which BluesBlocker does not).
Works perfectly! Don't know how to import block lists properly (specifically Esqueer's), but the passive blocking is enough to clean out a lot of the garbage replies.
