Vidyard has been a helpful tool that I utilize daily for training purposes and quick visual explanations. It is a great extension to my browser, that is quick and user friendly.
We love Vidyard as an agency and promote it hard with our clients.. We recently had to call on Vidyard support for a complex tech issue and the service was 5*.. Olivia Munday was a superstar and saved the day... Great product and backed by Awesome service... THANKS Olivia you're the best ... You should go and give Hubspot some training on customer service provision :)

easy to use and very useful
Whenever I try to record a website, it says " Recording Blocked" because "my browser does not allow recording on this page". Went on lots of sites, on every single website it says this. I looked in the settings, there was no options for this.
It downloaded Charm Searching to my computer (a virus) and lagged my computer. The app ALSO doesn't let you download your screen recordings unless you pay. Trash.
This extension works great. It is lightweight and does exactly what I need it to do, which is to capture short videos, generally for customer support. I can then easily share the link with customers to explain any issues without having to deal with large video files or upload them to another service. The customer support is also fantastic; I emailed with a rep regarding an issue I was experiencing and wound up on a video call with a developer and was able to resolve it. They were very responsive.
I recently came across this program and it is awesome. I enjoyed learning how to use this to make screen videos. I will definitely be passing on this a tech tip.
Have made a few different videos with this. Had trouble uploading one and contacted support. They checked into it for me, ended up duplicating the video for me and continued to follow up with me until they knew the issue was resolved! Love that it is free, excellent tool and customer service is great!
Quick and easy to use. Don't have to select too many options before hitting record. Great user journey experience. Solid for filming screen for clients.
