I do not understand why Google decided to remove this extension from their store, I really hope that I can continue to use it, as I have not found any worthy analogs...

In opposite to Tampermonkey, @require works in Kiwi browser (Android), but has an issue: 1. Unlike Tampermonkey, it caches those URLs after saving, and even a click on the "refresh" button or re-saving the userscript does not enforce updating, while this was the reason I inject them: to get instant updates for an edited script. (Temp. solution: After having updated a script, update your userscript by adding a new unique query "?XYZ" to its @require'd script URL.) 2. Current bug: matching with @include or @match does not work any more. Fix it Can't access quillbot premium without uninstalling and installing this extension every now and then
