This extension works with minimal permissions.

Es justo lo que buscaba, antes de la actualizacion al dar click en una pestaña te daba la opcion de abrir la pestaña cerrada ahora unicamente te muestra esta opcion si das click en la ventana del chrome, esta extencion te da esa opcion en el menu contextual en cualquier pagina.
