Constantly crashing, showing errors and doesn't provide clear solutions.
A lot of errors every time, this new version is a mess.
After 2 days, the problem of not being able to log emails is still continuing. Any updates on the horizon? UPDATE: We are back in working order as of this morning.

Really cannot believe they haven't fixed the bug.
I love the functionality, but it hasn’t been working properly since the last updates. I’m no longer able to log my emails reliably.
Frequently has outages and no clear place for reporting these.
It is working really bad, and the new side panel actually sucks, never works properly and have to re load the page over and over.
