Stopped working. Cant log in anymore.
The Google Mail extension worked well. The Chrome extension is full of problems.
Previously, it was a Google Mail extension, but now that it has been converted into a Chrome extension, it is unable to connect. It informs me that I have broken links, and the situation is in a state of disarray. Furthermore, I am unable to restore my previous Google Mail extension
I am uncertain about the reason behind the recommendation to use this extension. En general la aplicación funciona bien. Algunos problemas en el login con determinados usuarios.
Like others have said, when this tool was a Gmail extension it was pretty consistent and generally worked as expected. The Chrome extension is hot garbage that was clearly released too early. My team experiences frequent callback errors, issues logging to cases and issues getting the extension to select the active email. You have to wonder if there's any connection to the CEO bragging about not hiring software engineers anymore.
Half the time the connector doesn't work and when it does it doesn't always log to the correct accounts. Additionally half the time the case names do not show up or they show the wrong case names. Can't say that we love it at the moment.
Easy to keep using Gmail and still log the emails. It just disconnects once in a while. Clear cache and cookies and then up and running again!
This was previously a very useful tool, but the new update has caused all sorts of issues. Users have had to completely remove and re-add the extension, along with clearing their cache and cookies. There is also a bug where sent emails no longer log unless the user manually logs it from their Sent Items. The fact it doesn't support the Gmail app any longer is frustrating to many of our users too.
