too many times lost connection, but generally useful feature.
Getting reports of two error messages from within my organisation when using the extension on the gmail page. Seems to impact both Chrome and Edge. I think this occurs when they are trying to attach a contact or lead; An internal server has occurred Error ID: 1793732476-1193335 (-1518137105) Confirm to retry The second occurs if they get past that and try to save; An unexpected error occurred. Try refreshing the page, and if the problem continues contact your system administrator.
What changed I can no longer use my salesforce templates inside gmail with the plugin
Why is this extension soooo bad? Fix it. There is no excuse for not being able to log emails in records. EDIT 10/15/25 - still horrible constantly crashing, and now getting a "URL No Longer Exists" error?!

After the last Chrome update to version 127.0.6533.73 it isn't possible to log mail from Gmail to Salesfoce anymore with the official Salesforce Chrome extension. Please help to solve this, it is very annoying it doesn't work anymore....
