I love the integration, but it never stays connected. I constantly have to "give permission" for them to connect, very frustrating when attaching several things to clients' business service accounts.
I like the concept, but I frequently have to uninstall and reinstall, manually search for account names, etc. Often, it feels like this extension adds a lot of time to my email process.
It has its moments where you need to restart, refresh, or log back in. Hasn't been an issue in about a week or two. But even with that 5 stars, super convenient to log your emails with. Considering the alternative of manually going back to salesforce and saving all these emails like that, I'll deal with the glitches. 5 Stars all the way, do not remove this extension.
Overall, a very helpful addition to my account records and upkeep. Allows easy recording of communications with our donors and partners so that I can 'instituionalize' those records for other staff or future staff in my position.
