Very nice extension, very useful... when it works. Google Mail connectivity and integration has been working less and less reliably these last weeks. I'm unable to attach emails to SalesForce most of the time these days, which is quite annoying as this is my primary use for the extension....

The Gmail extension does everything we need it to do! It's great to be able to log emails and attachments to a case, create new leads, and track tasks directly from the inbox.

Increased Production Flow
My company, implemented use of SalesForce to manage emails and customer service and I wouldn't recommend for SalesForce for most offices. It has added complexity, steps, additional work load. The interface isn't as user friendly, it is slower and item are less visible at a glance. Printing emails and attachments is worse than Outlook too. We were capable of just using Outlook fine and I hope we return to Outlook and drop this quick.

pretty easy to configure and use as far as email integration tools go. Works as advertised and quick user adoption.
