I'm a long time Salesforce customer with 4 different companies over time and responsible for much of the admin. Salesforce can't seem to figure out any mail integration, whether for Outlook or GMail. Functionality is inconsistent at best, and when you need to rely on it the most, that's when it's not working. I have a current support case open as I type where there is a known issue with the "Availability" feature not working... but who knows when that will be resolved. Salesforce... for the market leader that you are, it's disappointing to see such mediocre customer experience.

Overall this extension does a good job of linking information into Salesforce. I wish that you could have attachments as part of Email Templates though.
As others have noted, glitches pop ip from time to time, but nothing that prevents me from using this extension.
Saves me time bc we are all in our inboxes more than we care to admit and having SF there too, is extremely helpful.
Great extension. Makes my day more efficient. My only issue is 1 out of 9 email attachments don't get logged into Salesforce. Otherwise, very happy!

The updated versions logs out a bit too regularly for my liking, but the functionality is great.
This integration has been useful at helping our organization consistently log email conversations and update our records as needed.
Helps me quickly log emails from clients and prospects to SFDC as well as monitor for engagement. I like this extension.
