It's a great extension. It works. It speeds up my Salesforce insights without leaving my inbox.

Generally a good app when it works. We're piloting the app amongst two SF Admins (including me) and three end-users. Several of us have found that it seems to duplicate by the dozens or hundreds appoints on the calendar. Also it seems to lose connection occasionally requiring deleting and reauthorizing it in the SFDC auth settings.

Million times more convenient than having to separately go into Salesforce to add contacts, or cumbersome ways to log mails. Would give 5 stars, but think there are few useful features they should add first (particularly making it easier for users to customise what fields display).

Looking for a native addon. Try this native addon for better and easy to use integration between Salesforce and Gmail: https://gsuite.google.com/marketplace/app/email_connector_for_salesforce/1085601474281 Also, support automatic backend sync of emails and calendar.

Offers pretty good integration if you're looking to log emails coming in and those you're sending out, connecting them to the relevant objects (account, contact, opportunity, events, etc.) in salesforce. Pros: the price (free) is right, easy to install, intuitive interface, great for quickly referencing sf data while in gmail Cons: you've still got to click each email to link it to salesforce's related objects - this doesn't happen automatically and it's not possible to do en masse. emails sent thru gmail (even those linked) don't show the open data that you'd find when sending emails thru salesforce. Recommendations: I'd love to see a more seamless events integration, especially one that gives recipients access to my calendar for multiple days to set an appointment that's automatically synced. When clicking an email address in the sf on gmail interface, the new email pops up from gmail but without the signature.

For the most part works well and makes things easier. Has room for improvement as it sometimes doesn't work. Appears to be a promising extension for the future and hope they continue to make updates and enhancements to it.
