This extension adds support for launching ClickOnce applications from Google Chrome. It is needed for launching the Cegid Peoplenet product although it can be used with any ClickOnce-based application.

It works great. Though it seems that it doesn't register correctly the x-ms-application mime type. Those people using ScreenConnect, just remove from the file Script.Util.js the following code: "&& window.navigator.mimeTypes["application/x-ms-application"] != null". I'm using Chrome 40, by the way.
Not working in chrome version 39.
This is great, thanks! Only improvement I can suggest - close the tab that's opened when clicking ClickOnce links from other applications once ClickOnce is triggered.

The only one I've found that actually works. If it doesn't work, it's because one of the others, that doesn't work, is over-riding it :(
The app does not work with ScreenConnect.
Works with Chrome 39.
Sad that Chrome doesn't support this themselves, but glad you guys have this workaround out here. Chrome has a lot of missing features.
