Insanely unintuitive, the perfect example of a project someone abandoned. Basically bloatware at this point. Hint: press the button that looks like you're cancelling your video feed to start video.
Worked great for me. I however chose to have the app call me on my phone. I heard everyone. Saw everything. Perfect. Chrome on Mac laptop.
I tried it. When you go to join a meeting, instead of clicking the green join button, click the join on web instead. When I click the plugin button it just brings me to the extension home page. But if you open a web-ex link from alerts or email in chrome, and the 'join using web', it actually works pretty good. Still getting used to the UI, and not sure how screen share works.
It doesn't work. I've wasted several hours trying to access a webinar.

can not work on my Sureface pro 5, everytime it open ok, but crash after voice connected, any how to fix?
Just the absolute worst thing I have ever had to deal with. First had to download an installer for the extension, then it sends me to another completely different place to download a *second* app to add audio. To a phone conference app. Incredible.
