Disappointing that there is no Zero rating. Seriously, installs add-on on chrome and instead of opening my WebEx link it downloads the add-on again and does nothing. Literally nothing works. This add-on has wasted my entire day and still doesn't work.

It helps to connect to webex faster, that is useful. It degrades the Chrome and system performance. So, I used to enable it only when I need to connect to webex and disable after that.
