never works. always have to run the temporary application. pointless extension
doesn't work on chromebook, for > 2.5 yrs, bit sad for cisco. not sure wintel ownes the future of business. My work around is to use my android phone for webex meeting and cast to larger screen to read shared screen. If it's my meeting I use hangout.
On Acer C720 Chromebook Although it shows up as enabled in the extensions list it is grayed out. After a couple calls with Webex tech support, I learned that I needed to use the Webex App, not the extension.
Is there a license agreement available for this extension? Where can I get if there is?
I have the message "Added to Chrome" And also "This item has been disabled in Chrome. Enable this item". I select to enable and nothing happens - just refresshes the screen and returns me to the disabled message.
What a piece of garbage. Load it... doesn't work. Unload and reload... still doesn't work. Way to go Cisco... screw up something with an unneeded extension and drive away business. If I can't get my customers connected with this, then I will use another product.
Terrible stuff. It forces you to add extensions and then launches a hideous software. Resource hugger. Really useless compared to what is the top of the line today.
