I was having a problem with the extension. I wrote the company and they immediately responded and asked what the problem was. when I told them, they came up with several things to try. Took about 5 minutes to go through their suggestions. Product is now back doing its thing. I love this product. I used it all through Q4. It's the only one I can find that really does all the inventory counts for an listing on Amazon.

Very disappointed Pay a lot for different software and this soon mounts up to a big bill, its nice when you see a FREE product, however after a few clicks u soon find out this is NOT FREE It is a decent program. I cant see why it is better than its competitors price or product, it does a small time saving job for a price.. Unfortunately if i purchased every little time saving product out there my monthly outgoing would soon shoot up. Review has only been left because false claims have been made about this been free, not the fine print of a few free clicks a day. I will be looking at other products that do the same job as my workload is high but i have lost faith in this program due to being deceived from the offset.

I have waited a couple of months to rate the extensions so I can have enough time to see how stable and good it was. After using it daily for more than 4-5 months, I can only give it 5 stars because it's simple but does what it says on the tin and in the 2 or 3 cases in which it showed wrong values, the support/development team were very prompt in answering/resolving those problems. It showed that I have 73 in inventory in stock when I never purchased more than 10. It has a bug and needs to be fixed.
