I needed a pixel count. I didn't realize that this extension doesn't do that. So to me this extension is useless as a ruler.
Would like to keep enabled with lines after page reloading
Does what it needs to do and does not ask for any special permissions. Could have a keyboard shortcut for toggling ruler mode.
Only thing missing is that the lines are persisted across page reloads and page navigation.

LOVE IT
Все работает. Приложение запускается в верхнем правом углу, так выводяться направляющие, как в фотошопе. В вВЕРХНЕМ ЛЕВОМ углу есть белый квадрад, кликаете мышкой и он станет темным.После этого наводите мышкой на точку от которой нужно начать измерение, нажимаете на левую кнопу мыши и тяните в направлении которое нужно измерить.
I just confused to show how many px between two rules
There is no easy & fast way to remove all the rulers.
