То что нужно!
Exactly what I needed. Optional measurements in pixels/ems would be a nice-to-have.
It doesn't measure the distance between two guides. I really wish it did.

I'd _very_ much appreciate a "Snap to Element" mode. Otherwise does as it claims. (Can't figure out "Ruler Mode" or even what it is... I followed the instructions per the description to no avail. Ahh well...) But otherwise this is a relatively useful lil extension, though if you're comfortable in the dev tools it's unlikely to become a necessity for you... Still, does a good job for quick visualizations.
It does what I want it to do.
