Автор расширения мошенник, который прикрывает работу Ютуб, видимо работает на них. Расширение врёт и завышает количество дизлайков в разы!!! Перепроверил на расширении KellyC Return Youtube Dislike, оно всё честно показывает.

В целом для обычных роликов работает отлично. Правда на стримах счётчик не показывается. Впрочем, мошенники со лживой рекламой и выпуском редко используют стримы.
