After the most recent update, now contains adware and will force open tabs of adverts as well as display pop up messages.
I got an adware tab immediately upon opening chrome. Removing the extension causes a pop up ad too cmon
It looks like they updated the extension and added adware, do not install. Notice how the other reviews for this are from Dec 12th too
Automatically opened an ad window, and then opened a second ad window when I reacted by uninstalling it. Completely unacceptable behavior from an extension.

Incredible! No more annoying pop-ups on YouTube. It works seamlessly. A must-have extension for uninterrupted video watching!
The application copes with the assigned tasks. I would like to note the presence of a convenient panel for setting the characteristics strictly according to your needs. Let’s say the optimizers did a good job!
