works perfectly. after installing the extension, just refresh the 'training' page on the Garmin Connect webpage. The Download button should appear to download the .json file. To import, login with the other user then click import, select the .json file you want to import. (you must have the extension on the computer your are importing from as well).

It downloads as jsons which I'm have no luck converting to fit or gpx. So I can download the file, but do nothing with it.

Great plugin. Was worried it might not work but it did (Feb-2022) work. It saved me a lot of work not having to create 90+ workouts manually for my wife who wanted the same workouts. Just exporting and importing.
Feb 2022: Works well. Can download a workout as json, import it as a copy. Issue: Does not handle accents, and åäö. This was noted by another user as well.
Can you add support for garmin's connect chinese version too? just url is different , com changed to cn https://connect.garmin.cn/modern/workout/xxxxxx you need to support garmin.cn url to make it work i think
It took a little bit to find where the option is to download, since I was looking on the Training > Workouts page, which lists the workouts you have saved in your Garmin account. But after clicking into the workout, to the right of the name, it says Edit Workout, Send to Device, and this extension adds another option/button that says Download.
