This update is completely rubbish, please revert to old version!!!
This update is completely rubbish, please revert to old version!!!
Buggy as now, please revert or do better.
WHY ruin this excellent tool? Even though it was 'deprecated' it still served its purpose quickly and easily to determine Google tags and conversions firing on the page. This reworked version makes you jump through hoops to find what was immediately available in the original version like the Google Ads conversion label. Bring back the original please! If I wanted to run the GTM debug window I already had access to it. With the reworked tool it's now easier to search for the conversion in Chrome dev tools, which negates the purpose of having the once handy Tag Assistant extension. No reason to force a side panel when the dropdown window gave more information in the first place.
说是合并了,其实还是用新版的GTM预览工具。使用GTM预览经常会遇到链接不上的情况。就算连接正常,但是使用sanbox的Shopify pixel要用旧版才可以成功调试查看,这给我带来很大困扰。请回退版本
It's cool that Google has "undeprecated" this Tag Assistant extension, because let's be honest - every digital marketing professional still used this extension every day. However, this really a brand-new tool with a modernized UI that's completely handicapped and directs you into what is effectively the GTM preview tool, and overly complicated when we might just want a quick at-a-glance tags that were firing, just like before.
Please note, the deprecated extension was much more helpful and this new update has absolutely butchered its functionality while being more faulty now than ever. Please revert it back if you can.
mycket smidigt verktyg
This is/was such a great tool! The new assistant isn't as helpful and somewhat time consuming.
Is anyone else noticing that the GA4 Measurement ID's starting with G- are being flagged by this plugin as Universal Analytics code? Looks like data is streaming fine into Google Analytics.
