Been using this for a while now and it works amazingly. You can see what you actually searched for. Indeed, when I look on amazon on my phone app without this extension I realise just how unusable amazon has become.
Seems to work great but there would be another feature I'd like, instead of just highlighting or hiding, can the sponsored products be "zipped up" into a bar that only takes a tiny bit of room at the top instead of the entire sponsored image size? Something that I can click on and it will drop down the sponsored products in case I was interested in seeing what they are? This still helps a ton removing the top 2 lines of products in my case which use up ALL of my screen and I always have to scroll down past the page break to get normal results.
This does seem to work-- to an extent. Though it works splendidly on anything in the body of the search-results, it doesn't remove the "Customers Frequently Viewed" "Todays Deals" or "Recently Bought and Rated" sponsored sections, which may be by-design. I'd love a switch to turn those off individually as well. That, and the sidebar sponsored ads.
Works! This should be included with my prime membership.
Just installed it, works like a charm.
NOTE! Doesn't work on amazon.sg So i'm looking up products on amazon.com and then search for them on local Singapore amazon. Works fine on amazon.com btw. Please add SG domain. 5 stars for effort, hoping for the updates.
It works how it was supposed to. Thanks devs, it helps to actually see what you're searching for when every company now shoves ads down our throats
It just highlights the ads, now they're more noticible, doesn't remove. WHy not highlight the ones i ... wanna see? waste
It currently will highlight all sponsored objects, but will not remove them when set to do so on Brave as of 9/19/25. It's very useful as a highligher. Cuts search times down.
Recently stopped working. Was 5 stars until then. Have to lower rating until it gets patched for new Amazon site.
