works as expected! it's a lot easier to look at conversation view without having to scroll a billion miles to the bottom of a thread.
To whomever wrote this code, THANKS! I found it after weeding through a boatload of Google finds, and had it downloaded and working perfectly in less than 5 min. A big productivity win for me. Keep up the good work! jeh
Does exactly what it says it will, even though its not been updated since 2018, works like a charm.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I'll never understand why the most recent email would default to the bottom of the page. Long threads would take FOREVER to read and respond to. This takes so much pain out of checking and responding to email in Gmail. Things of note: - The reply, forward, and get link buttons are now all located conveniently at the top - When you click forward, the cursor jumps automatically to the To: field (rather than the body as one recent reviewer lamented)
Thank you ! I noticed there was another extension to bring the reply buttons to the top but this little dream does this also ! Perfect !
Simply brilliant and easy
Works as described in latest Chrome. Last e-mail in thread is on top. Saves pain in the scrolling finger. Reduces reaction time by more than 10 times. Reduces confusion by 100 times. Saves time.

Oh Yes!! Just been migrating from Office 365 to Gmail and most things are better but this was winding me up as the O365 approach of latest email first just seems so much more obvious. This seems to clean up the interface too which I love. A small but significant improvement to my life :D
Fabulous! Should be a default setting in GMail.
