Makes all the difference in the world... but one has to ask WHY Gmail requires an extension to create what should be the default view.
This simple plugin makes Gmail chats look more like mobile messaging, with the latest messages at the top. Hard to believe Google missed such an obvious feature—crazy! But hey, thanks to this developer for fixing it! Steps: Click 'Add to Chrome' and accept the permissions. Open Gmail, go to Settings > General, and ensure Conversation View is on. Restart Gmail, and you're all set!
Very shocked why Gmail isn't automatically showing the newest email at top??? why? I never can find content of my client's email, I had to keep rolling down on my phone and still can't find it, it is very hard to do this while on the go with cell phone. It is a bit odd google can have all the innovations but this? thank you for the extension, it is magic!
