Good idea to reward people for not procrastinating. However, sometimes there are ads in YouTube videos that I want to skip but I can't because I don't want my tree to die. There should be a 5 sec options in which you can press the skip video button, and then a cooldown of this effect of several minutes (?) This way, we don't have to listen to the whole ad and have to wait for it to be over.
Looks good and the gamification aspect is really great. Bought it on Android as well. I'd give it more 5 stars if It had more configuration options like whitelisting, or pattern-matching domains.
I bought the iOS app when I had an iPhone and fell in love with it. I transitioned to Android and bought it again. As someone who uses the app on my phone for near everything, the browser extension is like a free bonus to a service I already use, and one that I'm really thankful exists (since I might not be slacking on my phone, but I could be on reddit on my computer). It would be cool if there were a whitelist option like on the Android app, but this is still pretty good.
Says it's free but it's basically a timer if you don't install the app and pay to see your forest etc. All you got from this extension is a tree growing for a selected time and dying if you visit one of the blacklisted websites (you can't see it anywhere after it grows though)
Maybe have an option that blacklist every website and only whitelist some websites.
i love this app, but just upgraded and now i cant sync chrome to my phone.. after paying to be able to. Plus 2 attempts at contacting regarding this and no response! / Unhelpful customer service!!
Me too thanks
Something seems to have gone wrong in the UI for the extension as of late. There is a misalignment between where the displayed area to click on actions are and where you can actually click. It's made the extension almost unusable. When it's working normally it's fantastic - hopefully someone can fix this.
cute and helpful!
L'ho installata solo ieri, sembra carina, ma secondo me andrebbe messa la possibilità di aumentare il tempo (tipo 25 minuti, 50 minuti, ecc..)
