Works but the problem I have is the ones I'm suscribed to, their shorts still show up on notifations. But GRRRR I don't know they are shorts till I click on them (as there is no indication) and then its too late the logarithms think I love the bloody things!! This is mostly why I wanted to block shorts in the first place, you know what I mean, you see their video come up so you go get a coffee and a biccie snuggle down to enjoy a full length video and...... It's a (insert rude word here) SHORT!

Doesn't work for search results, I haven't used it for long but it seems to work besides that
I found the Really Hide YouTube Shorts extension for Chrome to be incredibly helpful! I often got distracted by short videos, making it hard to enjoy the content that truly interests me.
